Speed Vocabulary

In this lesson you will learn ten new words, and be able to make sentences with them quickly, so you can use them in everyday conversation.

First study the words. Follow this link to view the word list and definitions:

Next: After you have studied these words, listen to a recording of them.

You will hear each word read 2 times. Then there will be a 10 second pause, and the sound of a bell.

Try to make a sentence with the word, before you hear the bell.

Finally: When you have made sentences with these words a few times, listen again and make sentences which fit together into a story.
